Walking for Good
- pass notes on past walks -

The Green Bridge of Wales

It was a stunning February day to walk from The Green Bridge of Wales and Stack Rock, past St Govan's Chapel (recently famous for an appearance in His Dark Materials) and on down to Barafundle Bay, which is routinely voted as being in the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.

The route there and back was 13.5 miles and it took us about 5.5 hours to complete - the coastline and the views are utterly stunning.

If you fancy completing the same walk yourself, you can find the route planner in our 'walks' section, complete with details of where we parked - just make sure you check the car park and the walk is open before you head off, as the land along the coastline is used by the military.
